A session explained
1.
Goal Setting
We begin with a welcoming conversation to understand your needs, expectations, and any questions you may have.
Then, I’ll outline the day’s focus, explaining the techniques we’ll use, which are personalized to align with your goals for the session.
2.
Guided Practice
The main part of the session involves tailored & guided exercises where you’ll be seated, or standing, with closed eyes to enhance inner focus.
Throughout the entire practice, it will be the sophrologist's voice that you will guide you.
Each exercise is designed to help you connect mind and body, creating a sense of calm and inner balance.
3.
Reflexion
After the practice, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experience, which helps reinforce the benefits and allows me to adjust future sessions as needed.

Sensory awareness
In Sophrology, the body plays a special role in growing your awareness. It focuses deeply on body sensations and perceptions as a way to conquer a new state of awareness through the practice.
Through different body positions (standing or sitting), using my voice, visualization, or the alternation of stillness and movement, you are encouraged to notice and access subtle awareness of your biological self, expanding your ability to connect with yourself, your vital life force, and your life values.
